Sadly it appears to end after the 8th - is there any way to set up email alerts for forum posts with specific key words mentioned? I'd been looking for train tickets for a couple of weeks, and got lucky that I found the thread this evening. Half the country could have saved a bomb on that!

Agree with Trowel, Sawanderer's post for train tickets was fantastic, a real money saver.  Unbelivable I was about to buy an apex ticket and saw this instead, saved loads!!

Yeah, credit to Aerotec on the BA Exec Flyer Talk forums. I was just browsing when I spotted the thread with the amazing £136 flights and so decided to post on MSE.

However, credit show also go in some shape or form to Moomin and malamala who mentioned the cheap flights on the Travel boards about 8 hours before I posted. Moomin actually posted at 5:32pm before Aerotec posted at 11:53am -6hr GMT (so 5:53pm) on the flyer talk forums.

missed the HK flight offer so my vote would have to go to Sawanderer's post about half price train tickets. Saved me a packet for the festive period when I'm doing a bit of travelling.
