i know exactly where you are coming from, initially its the shock!! you think to yourself each time the phone goes it must be him and then when its not you fall to pieces again. it took me weeks to realise he wasnt coming back and i still cant believe that to this day i still havent recived even a text from him. it feels like he has dies except i dont have a body to mourn over. at least then i wouldnt have all this debt to cope with. yesterday i finally realised i have no choice but to go bankrupt and its killing me. i went through all this once before and worked like a dog to get a few bob behind me and clear up all the debts i cant believe 20 odd years later i am back where i started. you will start to feel a bit better soon and then you will feel worse again and for a couple of months it will be 2 steps forward 3 steps back. that is the stage i am at. but am starting to find whole chunks of the day are passing without me thinking abouy him and i am hoping these chunks will get bigger. we are all here for you if ever you want to chat, dont be afraid to ask we have all been through it before so will have some advice to give, keep your chin up!!!!!

I just wanted to say im here for you too, i dont have much practical advice to offer (im still working through all the practicalities of my sepertation and not really getting anywhere at the moment but there we go).

Munki, i hope that you are able to start smiling again soon, and Home im so glad that you sound so positive!!!!!
