I bought a TomTom One a few months ago and so far it's been great - i've currently got it signed up to the map update subscription thing, which works out about £2 a month to keep it fully updated with maps (basically every time i connect it to the computer it checks for any updates and downloads them).

My sisters cheap RAC branded one had problem locking onto satalites, and felt very clunky in comparison.

I bought the Navman S30 from Sainsburys for £49.99 yesterday. Cheapest one i could find!
That's a really good price. I would post that on Grabbit as normally £80
