    Hi.

Off topic I know but is everyone else seeing this thread as widescreen. I.E. cant fit it on the screen - have to move along the bottom slide bar to read it all?

If not how can I stop it. Other posts fit my screen OK inc Menu.

EDIT: Hmmm Cant be me. Just noticed that page 2 of this thread is in 4x3 format.

Is this because the OP has a WS monitor?

Happiness is wanting what you have, not having what you want.

My understanding is that XP has USB 2.0 drivers included in the operating system so that when you install a USB card/hub where the 'install new hardware' dialogue would generally search the CD for software it searches through the XP directories on your hard drive for the drivers.

However, if your operating system is pre-XP, i.e. Me, 98, etc., you would need a CD with the drivers on OR...

you can download the USB 2.0 drivers from here

So......has anyone solved whether these are USB 2.0 or not? I shall have to try to get one tomorrow to try it out, almost all my periphals are usb 2, dont really need one but at a quid I can use it as decoration

And the above quote is nearly right, your motherboard must be capable of USB 2.0 to take advantage of it, just because you have win XP does not mean you can use USB 2.0. Also XP must have Service pack 1 at least installed. You can add USB2.0 to yuor exsisting USB1.1 machine by adding a PCI USB2 card inside your machine, simply take the side off and plug it in the slot close it up and turn it on - done!

Its because patr1 has put a very large picture on:eek:

it will do the same to everyones screen unless they are running very high resolutions suitable for 19" monitors plus.

I wouldn't personally change your text size as this will change it for every other web page you visit :)
