thank you for that link!
Well i have done soooo bad today! opps......
We went and got the fish as planned, only spent £9.50 on some new fish a net and some more food so not to bad, went to the farm to sort out the sleigh and was soooooo cold and frozen and hungry when finished, we got a pizza!!!!! havent had a take away in sooo long but really didnt want to thats why i tried to make sure everything was all ready to go, but it was nearly 5 when we had finished so would of been so late for everyone to wait!!!
and it didnt end there!! i couldnt stop going on about chocolate and coke (very bad pg craving i seam to be having, did with the girls aswell so think maybe it is a girl again???) and bless lovely dh he went to the garage and got me coke and chocolate! so definatly not a NSD for us today, but i wont dwell it was the 'baby' that needed it all!!lol. I will do better......
Anyway i have sorted out the tesco credit card so i can do all the banking for it on line and set it all up tonight so will be easier to make all the extra payments!!! also looked into setting the same up for abbey but you have to ring them so its on my to do list. It is empty at the moe but as i have to sort out the curries thing i know it will be being used so want to make it as easy as possible to pay it all back asap!
Also done a list of what i want to do so hear is my DFW list at the moe:
* Sort out online banking for Abbey credit card
* Find out the interest rate on the overdraft
* Find out interest rat on Tesco
* find out interest rate for Tesco
And for hubby to do when he can: for both the car and kitchen as both in his name
* Find out the interest rates
* Ask about over payments, and if we can does it lower the interest over the whole loan, does it lower mthly payments or just help the loan to be paid of quicker (hopeits this one)
* Ask if we can ring to check outstanding balances at any time??
Thats all i have got for the min but will add to it and will try and get my part done asap!!
Also going to do a meal plan for this week before i go to tesco and also sort through any presents that i still need to get. (not to many i hope..)
Anyway just thought i will go and do meal plan and shopping list now as i have to go to tesco tomorrow to get diesel so will do it all together (got the 5p off deal...)and might pop to dunel mills as i need some baskets for xmas hampers and they might do some nice ones.

Well been quiet for a few days! Havent been up to much apart from house work and decluttering! We changed the living room around and sorted it all out, it now seams so much bigger and looks lovely and tidy!!! now just got to make sure the toys get taken upstairs all the time.
Ok on the spending front i have been quiet good on monday i went to tesco and the pound shop got my shopping for a lot less then i would of before but i know there are improvements to be made!! I also had to get the dog a new dog bed, look in pets at home and they cost about £20-£25!! but then noticed one in Dunelm and it was £8 so a bargain, before this MSE i would of just got the one at the pet shop!! so saved some money there. Tue and wed have been a NSD and today should be aswell so three in a row!! yeah. But tomorrow im not to sure, my friend has just had a baby so i will go and get her something nice for the baby, also do some little xmas shopping.
Today prob wont be a NSD overall as i got my Amazon voucher for doing the Gype challenge today so will order some presents for the girls for christmas! We was going to get a flashing scooter for dd1 anyway and they do one at a good price so thats half of it so will have a look for some bargains for the rest!! But i wont be spending any of my real money so will count as NSD!
Ok havent phoned up about any of the things on my list above yet!! but not able to make any over payments yet so not in to much of a rush for them, will do soon.
Tonight is Chicken in BBQ sauce as dh fancied that, will make sure i have food out of freezer for tomorrow so we dont give in to the take away again......
Also got my lightspeed and topcash back paid into my paypal so have about £9 in there so will spend on ebay for some cellophene bags and packaging for the hampers i am making for xmas...
Anyway thats it for now, got to go and do some housework!! but dd1 down for a nap and hit the washing up and hang out the clothes i think......

well i have been feeling ill the last few days
but must get on.
I have joined the pay of £10,000 by xmas09 challenge and i am really going to try my best to do it!!
I cancelled the sports package of the sky today so thats a £18 a mth that we will save, i have kept the rest of the packages for £22 a mth, i guess really i should get rid of that aswell, but to be honest i need it to stop me going mad!!lol... well i have the sky+ and its really nice to be able to recored what i want and then watch when i can eg when the kids are tucked up in bed!!! anyway we thought it was a good to of got rid of half (nearly) the mthly amount...
I have also joined a quidco crimbo bingo so hope we can win a little on that..... i have put to christmas orders through tonight so they should help it. I managed to get some books for the book people and used a free delivery code and then the cash back and also ordered from the hut and got free delivery, £5 off and the cash back, so all helps and also had searched the internet and found what i wanted was cheapest on the hut, so feeling very happy with myself. last year i would of just poped to the first shop and got it there no matter what the price etc!!!
I cooked roast chicken today and will make something for dinner from the left overs for tomorrow, might give a chicken and ham pie (have some ham in the freezer that needs using!!) but will have a look tomorrow and see what i feel like.....
Should be going shopping tomorrow but ifeel so rubbish i havent managed to do a list yet so i dont want to go without one, so might either go later in the day or go on wed??? Ordered some food from approved food today, hope they will be good, the prices are good but i have ordered some things i prob would of if in tesco, but got lots of chrisp and things that are good for hubby to take for lunch. Also got some nuts and christmas bits...
Been trying to do as many surveys and clicks each day, but the surveys are not going to well as i always get half way through and then they say sorry you was not the type of person we needed etc etc etc,,,, but i keep trying.....
Going to try and do some more mystery shopping this mth, my mum isnt working on a fri so i hope we can meet up a few times (as we would anyway) and she can have dd1 for a bit for me when i do the shops as that always been my problem, so hopefully i will be offered some near her soon....

Also just ordered some more of my xmas presents online, managed to do it on quidco so got 12% cash back. Also got a code from hot deals for 10% of, and got free delivery and a free gift!! which will be someones present (will wait and see what exactly is included before saying whos...) also got to get my self something (a lip balm) as it made it over the free gift and free delivery. So got myself something for free, so dont have to feel bad!It also should be another stamp on the quidco bingo.....

my phone is the next thing on the list....... it keeps answering itself!! so i hear this low dialing tone coming from where ever the phone is hiding (so will always be engaged)...ohwell. another thing that i will have to buy soon.....atleast i might be able to get some of these things in the sale..
I must admit that i know how it broke, dd2 put it in her juice cup!! there wasnt lots left in the cup but must of been anouth to get in the phone....
guess i better start looking for some bargains....GC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. No6 Due Mar 2013 My world.:j0 -
your doing really well, keep up the good work!
i too beef out my mince, i add grated carrots, courgetts (sp?) parsnips and few chopped up really small mushrooms and add red split lentils as they dont need soaking. i find all that doubles the amount of mince and ds1 and oh are getting extra vitamins and fibre without knowing it! i also do a mean mashed potato although it is 1/3 turnip and 2/3's potato. my ds1 loves it as it tastes really sweet.
i have joined loads of the survey sites but only getting small amounts as i never qualify for the full amount or dont get any surveys for ages. need to look into the mystery shopper thing, would love to do that!

thanks rags to riches. I havent tried the red split lentils yet but i do plan on trying them soon, will have to hide it from dh as he would hate the idea of them!! but he will never know!!lol
The mystery shopper is a good way to make a little extra money but the problem i find is they always say no children and i always have dd2 with me so cant do as many as i wish i could..Last week i had one with a bank and it said no children and i had some one to look after dd2 for a little bit but they let me down very last min so i had to bring her along.....so now not sure i will get paid for itbut thought it was worth a go and the person got a really good report from me!! so fingers crossed, just realised that sounded big headed but i meant he did really well so i said good things about him
so ill find out at the end of the mth if i got paid.........
there is a thread on here all about ms and lots of different sites you can join....

not to sure, thats why i thought i would give it a go and try.....the only thing i thought is when they give the report if the man remembers me he might say or be asked....as i had to give my name etc...but i dont think they will remember ever customer that comes in so will see.....GC: Nov: £60.22/£450 Oct: £338.48/£450, July: £363.05/£450, June £447.98/£500£2 savers No68: £104/£100 :j:jmummy to: 8yr, 5yr, 3yr, 2yr, 1yr. Something always goes wrong when you're starting to make the effort doesn't it!! My phone has gone as well - it thinks it's permenantly got headphones plugged so no volume or anything.. oh well it's made me look on the orange website and am going to phone up and try and get a new phone and a cheaper tariff (even though I still have 6 mths to run it's worth a shot
)
