  • no i havent, i plan that any extra money will be paid into pad, also if i save any money on things i thought would be more or out of the little budget i have given myself a week i will pay a little if any from that. so really from anywhere that i can!! Tend to find something most days.....but some days its only a £1 but might end up being even less if i cant afford it! Are you going to start it?? I have done a lot since i started - £315 since 11th nov!! some days more then others but its all more then i would of paid.....I also have a pot in our house so if its just change out of my purse i pop it in there and will change it up when its got the right amont in it and pay it of debt!!

Just tried to do the daily scratch got the first one done but when i try and do the second my whole internet just shuts down!!! ohwell will try again later..

  • was thinking of joining up but finding some of my challenges are clashing a little. doing the grocery challenge and if under budget i used to put half into sealed pot and the other half towards my overdraft but not sure now as will it be classed as spending money????? think i need to sit down and work them all out.......... its prob just me being thick.

Yeah I have had a bit of conflict with my challenges too.
I have joined a spending budget for the week challenge so last week I set myself no more than £30. Then spent £27 leaving me with £3, but then spent £11 in Morrisons out of my grocery challenge money so technically overspent on the £30 but had already accounted for grocery money elsewhere  Very confused!!

Well done on the free pooter cover.

I was going to join the one where you set yourself a weekly limit! But i would only include my extra £15 that is not budgeted for, i wouldnt include any of the money that was for the grocery as thats seperate, i see it like i wouldnt include a dd that came out that week.....Also if you are putting some into your sealed pot it doesnt matter how your getting hold of that money, its the fact your paying it in! So if its left over that you had alowed yourself but not spent then that should be fine putting it in your sealed pot?? just how i see it all but i might be wrong.....or not making any sense....

I went to tesco and spent tooo much, i didnt do a list as was only going for a few bits to tied us over!! havent worked out exactly how much i spent yet (as there were bday presents for dd and i have a seperate budget for that so will take that of the total!) Had to get some bits for today, and also got some pizzas for tomorrow as im not sure who is popping round and when so there can be extra for everyone....Really going to start making my own base as it will be a lot less money. also got some bits for the cake im going to make for dd! Just made some jelly as dd1 has decided she does like it now so they can have jelly and icecream for afters as it is a bday :)
Bread finished when i was at the shops so it was left in there for to long so might be horrible when i try and cut it, but hopefully it will be ok for toast??

Tried to get some clubcard points added on today but they now say you can only add 2 receipts at a time and for two weeks, i had three so still one to add on and its from dh when h puts petrol into his company van!!

Anyway better go and sort out all DDs bits for first day back at school tomorrow. Going to try and be organised and sort lunches and uniform the night before??? lets see how long it lasts???
