Any ideas for a 30th bday card for a girl who does not want to be 30 and we have all been told she doesn't want to see a 30 any where? I am thinking something funny but haven't come up with much other than doing her a 29th or 21st card.

I would make a card with 40 on it, to let her know that it could be worse! But then I'm just mean that way. :p
For my sister's 29th I gave her a 30th card, to prepare her for things to come. :D

Or you could do her a 'with sympathy' card, to mourn the end of her twenties...
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

Have you all seen the latest challenge on CCC? It looks really interesting, but I haven't a clue where to start. Rusty, your cowboy at the saloon would have been perfect!

Rusty, my surprise arrived today, thank you soooooo much, I love the card and the images are gorgeous, thank you, thank you, thank you :A

I love the new CCC challenge but not sure if I'm going to be able to enter as I am so pushed for time this week. I need to make up some stuff to take to the florist on Friday (nappy cakes, quote book, decide on what cards to take...), going to pick up a wedding card order tomorrow morning that will be about 15 hours work, sort my dad's birthday present & cards and then also need to be making some mini quote books for my craft fair. And the kids break up from school on Friday

I ordered a stamp from Funky Kits on Sunday and it has just arrived in the post. My first order with them. Sorry Rusty :o Also ordered from Pink Gem on Saturday and they are here today - blame the wife for her fab cards using their stamps  :p I got an email from Calico Crafts yesterday to say my flowers are on the way and none have been substituted. I only ordered 28 packs so maybe that's why ;)

Does anyone know where my Daisy and Dandelion Christmas paper pad is??? I used it for my Christmas card for the challenge and I have no idea where I have put it. I admit my stash is in a mess :o but I've had everything out this morning and can't find it anywhere :(

What do you think of the QVC TSV then? Anyone ordered - choccy, have you, have you... ;) :rotfl:

Thank-you Rainmac for organising it. :A I'm trying to keep up to date on the challenges and swaps cos we go away at the end of the month for 2-4 weeks (depending on the weather) in the caravan, so need to get that organised. Think I'll stick to custard with the crumble, the clotted cream ice-cream might give my DH a heart attack:eek: We have loads of cooking apples on the tree, some are big enough to use now :D

Rusty I ordered my flowers immediately Gemm posted the link and I used 1st class P&p dont know if that would make a difference. Did you get a conformation email after you placed your order? I did, then I got one yesterday to say it had been dispatched and it arrived this morning.
