I paid by paypal so should be able to open up a dispute but I have given them 24 hours to respond to my emails. I am fuming though

I know just how annoyed and let down you feel. Last year we were MFI'd to the tune of £1,500 luckily we had paid by credit card in one full payment, it took 4 months to get our money back! It was such a relief when the bank rang to say the money was back in our account.

The lasy from Calico Cards rang me today.To see if it was ok to substitute spme of my colours.. Ooooh yes i said , Well for 20p i cant really complain
Apparently on Monday they had had several hundred orders and are in the middle of stock taking !!

Hels - don't worry - she wouldn't have asked you to make her a card if she didn't love your other creations, I'm sure she'll be delighted with whatever you make for her.

I had a call saying the same thing this morning and i thought the same as you at 20p can't really complain about the colours. They'll all get used

Christmas challenge card just posted on my blog.
Golly that was a tough one for me - I normally have a rule that I don;t do any Christmassy things until the 1st of December - I like to enjoy advent and find Christmas drags on a bit if you start too soon.

I too received my confirmation of despatch from calico crafts. Can't wait - I've been wanting to buy floers for ages but couldn't decide what I wanted. at 20p a pop I could afford to just buy whatever took my fancy. I managed to not lead my work colleague astray at all today (as long as we don't count the chocolate bar she fancied and couldn't resist after seeing me scoff mine)
