louby-lou-lou - snap - I've got to make a flippin card too this weekend, the m-i-l wants me to do one for her dad. I told her I've got one of a man sat on a toilet and she said that it would be very suitable!! I bought quite a few of the sheets ages ago and never used them, I also bought some of the card blanks. I had to take a trip to the photocopy shop today to buy the acetate sheet to go inside the stupid card.0

Hello everyone!
mumhug lovely card
I've got to catch up with all the blogs!
I've been so tied up with my scrapbook pages I've not made the Fathers Day cards! Has anyone seen any nice images or decoupage freebies about?
I haven't checked this out personally, but my friend told me that Canon (as in the printers) have a section on their website with free downloadable card ideas (including decoupage sheets) for fathers day. Might be worth a google x
ETA: found this, but can't see decoupage in the Fathers Day range. There's loads of other stuff on there though.some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it0 -

Guess who was on the wrong website trying to use PC22!! And guess who also got visited by the shopping elves who snuck a pesky cuttlebug and a couple of folders into her basket????
Skiergirl, that is a really sweet Fathers Day card. My boys made several today using some Pollycraft downloads. We lost my dad a few years ago and we don't particularly get on with FIL so I don't need to do any grown up ones. I wish I did, but on the other hand I find male cards so tricky!
Dawnteabag - your pages are lovely. I bought so much stuff for scrapbooking a couple of years ago but can't even seem to be able to choose which photos to use let alone what to do with them!
Lei- another stalker on your blog! The exploding box is amazing - I can't do anything like that without really specific instructions!
Louby - you have been busy! More beautiful nappy cakes, and I really like your cards. I have finally worked out what 'flippin' xxxx means. I though you were all mildly swearing!0 -
Hello everyone, I'm home
We had a fantastic holiday, very sunny and lovely. We've been to beaches, castles, sealife centre all over the place really. Pretty tired but all very happy, took loads of photos and will upload them to Facebook over the weekend.
Rusty, so, so, so pleased for you and your OH. You more than deserve the break x Your fat page is fab, I love it and can't wait to see it in the flesh so to speak
Mel, don't panic, I don't have a Cuttlebug eitherHow are things with you, not long to go now...
I have hopefully caught up with Crafty Place. I have posted the swap partners for the June pink card swap at the end of the thread so please go and have a look. I am card swapping with Gemm, ATC swapping with Rusty and stash swapping with OAP, hope I've got all of that correct
Love the idea of a Fantasty card, need to have a think about that one.
Haven't had a chance to look at any blogs yet, will catch up over the weekend (in between doing all the post-holiday washing!).
Massive hugs to everyone who's poorly or not feeling 100%. Please do come and chat, we're all friends and here to help if we can x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Been catching up on some of my emails while I've been away, there is a new issue of the Do Crafts mag available and it comes with a free super cute Daisy and Dandelion Xmas stamp. Magazine is £2.50.
