    Hi,
I'm struggling to find a decent skintone anywhere - which colour promarker do you use?
Not sure I should buy any as I might want them all but think I should be able to limit myself to a couple :rotfl:
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Rainmac - glad you got it so quickly! A confession though; after posting I found a reel of ribbon that should have been in there - DD took it out when she was having a nosy to see what I was sending. :o
mumhug, louby-lou, the wife and gemma - great challenge cards. Love your bookatrix as well, mumhug.
Well done on the blog the wife, I'm a follower. :)
dawnteabag - hope your mum feels better soon, it all sounds very painful. _pale_
bunbun - glad it's treatable, hopefully that'll do the trick.
paddingtondoo - I use copics for my skin (I think the shade is called skin, might be nude; and one called blush)

I've just updated my blog with 2 door hangers and bookmarks that I made for my neighbour's girls' birthdays. I gave them to them this evening, along with a sew-it-yourself felt hand puppet for the 5 year old and an angel stamp set for the 8 year old. The 8 year old promptly opened the stamp set and stamped all over the bookmark.
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

    Hi everyone :hello:

Feel really bad having been awol for almost 2 weeks - what with a weekend in Great Yarmouth, and then half term week at Alton Towers. Have not had a chance to make any cards recently, as am having a few problems with work and have no motivation to do anything at the moment. Need to get out of a rut, but not sure how, so I'm hoping that my trip to New York next week for 5 days will perk me up a bit - no kids and lots of shopping with a friend.

Can't go through the 20 pages I have missed, but just wanted to say fab cards everyone, and welcome to any newbies. Thanks to flourgirl for setting the challenge - can someone confirm when this one finishes please, as I would like to have a go if I get a chance.

Hope everyone is OK, and I'll try to get back into card making very soon.

    xx
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

  • Just wanted to say a big thankyou to melissa75 for the stuff she sent me. Can't wait for the weekend to come so i can have a play and try my hand at my first challenge. Although the standard of the challenge cards already posted is high so it'll probably take me all weekend to make it lol

CT you have until the 15th June to do your challenge card, I do hope you will be able to make one.

Rainmac Beautiful card on your blog, I love the colours they give you a warm feeling. I really do like the stitched flourish. :-)

Craftgranny you have such a thoughtful husband, sorry I hadn't realised you have been ill. I hope your new crafty bits will cheer you up.
