 When I wasn't looking them lime rickey papers were clicked on a buy it now  just don't tell OH

For those who have thunder and lightening ... think yourself lucky ... My dad and stepmum live out in Bulgaria as I am sure most of you know ... spoke to my dad earlier on and it was a very poor line (we speak through skype as it is free) and he mentioned it was lightening ... he said it was brilliant and that they had lightening in the house  I would have panicked but he was oh so cool about it all ;)

I have to admit I do get a little jittery when there's lightening. I always worry that my house is going to get struck! I never really got into lost - I think I watched one episode from the first series and the flashbacks used to annoy me.
Mumhug - sorry you've had a fallout with your friend!
Kim_possible - sorry I can't help you with your question about your markers.
Craftygranny - I don't want any money!!! I've tried looking for a link to show weveryone the stickers that I have but I can't find one.
Thanks Rusty - I buy too much!!
Manson666 - I don't go anywhere either - so most of my friends are cyber friends!!

I have come to realise that cyber friends are the best :j

We haven't had any thunderstorms down here in Devon. It rained all day then the sun came out about 5pm. Forecast is for more rain over the weekend, shame I will just have to do some crafting :rotfl:

jailhousebabe if you want thunderand lightning you can have mine i hate it i've been almost under the table all night lol. It's been horrid in my part of south yorks.

I just went to madaboutcards and they had so much i had to have i blamedyou when my hubby caught me filling a basket.lol. i told him it would be rude not to when you looked for me.

No, you must be mistaken, it wasn't me!:p
I fill a basket every week when I get the email from madaboutcards - I love the pound shop and the 50p offers..... but, I never checkout. :o
Well, I did once, but the p&p puts me off.

Mumhug - hope things improve soon with your friend.

I had a neighbour who used to unplug the tv and stereo, and sprinkle the mirrors with holy water before covering them. I guess it worked; her house never got struck by lightning. :rotfl::rotfl:
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

Thanks for all your kind words.

I made a card and feel much better!
It's a bit late now and I need to go get some sleep but I'll post a picture tomorrow.

    Ni-night!

Jailhousebabe, that brought back memories, when I was a child sleeping with my Nan in a big brass bed waking up in the morning after a storm to find all the mirrors and the bedstead covered in blankets, coats, dressing gowns etc - looked like s bomb site. All the plugs had to be taken out of the sockets and you weren't allowed to use any electrical things at all not even a light switch!

When I was younger I was convinced that if I turned off the tv at that exact moment the house would be struck.
npsmama - glad you feel better.
craftygranny - of course I'm sure.
well I'm pleased with myself - I actually made a card tonight - my first one in ages. I'm trying to make another but I can't find any brown cardstock - I must have some somewhere!
