 When I wasn't looking them lime rickey papers were clicked on a buy it now  just don't tell OH

For those who have thunder and lightening ... think yourself lucky ... My dad and stepmum live out in Bulgaria as I am sure most of you know ... spoke to my dad earlier on and it was a very poor line (we speak through skype as it is free) and he mentioned it was lightening ... he said it was brilliant and that they had lightening in the house  I would have panicked but he was oh so cool about it all ;)

Rusty I think you are misunderstanding the MSE term "Daily Clicks":rotfl:

Think I might just have to click the Wisteria ones though:D

Melissa Wot no brown card stock, sounds like another "Daily click";)

Some of the papers look like a picture, you could frame them.

The thank you card is for Thomas' playschool as he had a tough couple of weeks settling in and the ladies who work there have been brilliant with him. He now wants to go every day (he goes 3 mornings), races in and tells me to go home :p Am going to add some chocolate with the card, maybe in those cute sour cream containers. Another job for this week :D

Thank you all - for your kind comments on my card - they keep me going.

Only had a night out & nearly 3 pages to read

    Rainmac - I've snipped you ........

"I've posted some new cards on my blog - made quite a few last night ;) I really like this one but that's because I love the paper..."

A FEW!! They are fab:T it would take me weeks to do so many.

Jailhouse - I prefer to do stuff on the pc 'cos it's marginally more reliable than my finger/eye co-ordination. I enjoy making cards but rarely find it relaxing - need more practise.

CT - the bottom writing is just a very fine black copied from the original but I usually do grey for silver as black is much too harsh.

Npsmama - Hope you are feeling MUCH better today.

S Yorks Girls - I remember when you used to turn everything off in a thunderstorm too, especially the TV - thought my parents were being mean! but then the man across the road had a thunderbolt through his roof that ran along the landing burning all in its path:eek: Don't remember covering mirrors though.

Marg My grandparents used to turn the mirrors to the wall, cover up the cutlery and open the back door incase a thunderbolt came down the chimney and needed to get out of the house:)

I have the Lime Rickey papers and they are gorgeous, fab bright colours x Can't remember where mine were from but couldn't find them cheaper anywhere - did try for ages and then gave up and ordered them anyway :oThis ebay seller is selling half a pad so you get one sheet of each design instead of 2. I've used them before and service is great.

Also have Wisteria which are beautiful :D

Thanks Sarah, I ordered off the same seller but ordered the full pad :o just don't tell OH lol although he will know soon enough when they arrive and I start makin cards with them!!!

Your cards are alll absolutely beautiful!!!!! I see what you mean about the wisteria aswell ... might have to goo look for them now

As for the next challenge we could do some other kind of colour? .. orangey yellow? (sort of a spring theme?)

Flourgirl .... Thats it!!! I can use that as my excuse and tell OH it was a daily click!! lol I need to go look for the wisteria ones ;)
and thankyou for the lovely comment on my blue card. It is the first time I have been brave enough to send a handmade by me card to anyone other than my gran!

Hope everyone has a good day ... I want to go make a couple of cards but in too much pain at the minute so looks like I won't be able to :(
