Have made a few cards over the last few days but not had had chance to take any photos yet will try and take some tomorrow. Have hopefully got an order for 20 christening invites and also have a 60th birthday card to make anyone got any ideas for the 60th one its for a man who's interested in squash?

Hello Everyone
This is my very first post ! I have been following these pages since November when I first started cardmaking and you have all helped me enormously with all your hints, tips and webpage links.

My husband has heart failure everytime I say that someone has posted a link to a company who is offering a "deal". I have only this morning received more goodies from Creative Craft World - they are still offering 30% off and free postage if you spend over £20.
(they will not let me post the link to their website as I am new - sorry!)

I have only been making cards for family and each card seems to take me ages but I am loving every minute of it.

I will now look into a "blog" as this now seems the way ahead with everyone - so watch this space.

Mumhug...I think you do need to get the board but if you want I will do oyu templates from mine and see how you go with those first before you buy a board
I will do it some time tomorrow and post it off to you.. will do all the layers in thick card ( as thick as the board will take)

Emma...my poor hubby as just given up now counting the pennys I spend on craft stuff...I think hes more than happy that he gets the remote control all night while I make cards...lol

I have been making baby cards all night tonight for my selling box I will post them tomorrow , I also made a couple of Birthday ones and a Get Well Soon one
I had a mesasge from my friend who takes them into work and the box is empty again and this time it went with about 40 cards in..Its great but I just cant keep up with them. She wants another full box by next Tuesday

Dragonllew...well done on your order. The squash card is going to be a challenge I cant remeber seeing any sheets or designs for a card like that...You could always ask S_Michaels do make you a squash backing sheet and then maybe get an image of a raquet and layer it up

I was scared of making a blog as thought it would be difficult but it was easy, honest, I am very non-technical
