CT19720 and purple, your cards are really pretty. You've both given me lots of ideas, thankyou. :T
Pink0 -
Pink-winged - great card, I love the sprinkles!
Furrypig - there's some great stuff on that blog, I love the cute mushroom.
Rainmac - my pleasure. I hope you had a great day, and I hope you took loads of pics to go in your scrapbook.
Abusybee - really clever card, the bottle tops look fab!
Thank you all for the birthday wishes :j, we did have a great day but unfortunately didn't take many photos as our two boys were there so the OH and I clung on to them for dear life as it was soooo busy. Have got a couple of pics of our eldest outside Hamleys and a few in the museum but I was planning on taking pics at the station, on the train there and back and all during the day but it didn't turn out that way  Never mind, we'll have to go back when it's not quite so busy:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
abusybee - your card is fab :j, I love it and a great way of using bottle caps rather than throwing them away
. To add dimension to other cards you could paint them or stick things onto them couldn't you? I'm going to start collecting them from the OH and have a play - thanks for the great idea :T
purple - fab cards, very professional looking :T
CT19720 - lovely cards, well done, keep posting them won't you as we love to have a look:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

I have had the ones from Poundland and they arent too bad. I would really recommend investing in a metal ruler, large mat (or a glass placemat because glass gives a better cut) and craft knife (the DIY set from poundland is great!) OR a gullotine as you need these the most and a wonky card is a waste of your hard work.

Just wanted to post a couple of gorgeous cards...not made by me I hasten to add but given to me...
This one is from the lovely melissa for my birthday...
And this one from my fab friend Linda...
Aren't they lovely :T:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
Furrypig - I bought loads too, I also got a few bits of ribbon. I got a load of the hydrangea ones as they looked really different. I was tempted to get a few other things, but I thought I'd stick to the free postage stuff. The prices were good even before the postage. I've bought the prima flowers from ebay, 10 for a pound I think, but when they came some of them were soooo tiny.
Hi Melissa
Hope you don't mind me asking but have you had your flowers and bits yet fro here??
I haven't had my delivery yet and aven't heard since I put the order in and not having used them before, not so sure how long they take etc etc.
THANKS!!!
Beautiful cards Rainmac lucky you with your creative friends xxx0
