Thanks Rusty and bun bun, they were really easy to make. I looked through Cosmopolitan for different colours and patterns. I then looked for small dresses that I could use as a template. I then stuck my patternd paper to card and drew round the dress and cut out.
I am going to add some things to them to give them a bit more dimension. Wins in 09 = A vodka cocktail kit thing lol, £150 Amazon voucher.0 -

Rusty and Marg....Love your cards
ZL ...well done in making your own toppers you will save a fortune making them ...I always thing toppers are teh most expensive part of card making
Rainmac...how good are you resisting a bargain...I bet you made up for it in other things though and didnt walk out empty handed.
We have a Glitter Girls warhouse close by and I cant even bring myself to go there because I know it will cost me a fortune because I love the boards and CD's they do.
The papermill looks really good I might have to visit one of thsoe and stock up on basic's I want loads of pearl card now to play with my cuttlebug.
I spent most of yesterday and friday feeling rubbish and still wanted to get crafting but my body just wouldnt let me. I think I had a bad curry on Thursday night
Im not too bad today but no one wants to spend time with meso I might be bannised to my carft room later if it doesnt stop...lol
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0 -
ZLS - great toppers, I wouldn't have a clue where to start to do something like that. That card does look gorgeous, I attempted something like that ages ago, and lets just say it wasn't as impressive as that one.
Saveapenny - hope your belly recovers soon.
Rusty - sometimes I forget what papers I've got. I've been trying to put all my papers packs together, the K and Co 6x6 ones are gorgeous.0 -
Minimacka - I attempted to make a start on a book card last night for my neice. I bodged up a bit - I cellotaped the triangles down completely, so now I haven't got any flaps! Apart from that its going okay and I've just got to decorate it now. I just wondered whether you decorated the bottom of yours?

saveapenny - if you do go to the papermill shop they quite often have 2 boxes for £10 and make sure you get as much card in the box as possible so you can only just get the lid shutOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended
