I popped into Sainsburys Scarborough this afternoon and bought Pictionary Mania normally priced at £24.99 for only £8.49.
Also They had a load of baby blankets, quilts and flanelette sheets for only £1.00 Each pack.
I managed to get a coupleof the blankets but a lady before my cleared the shelf of pink and blue sheets and quilts. Had plenty of blankets left though in Lemon.
I was well happy with my bargain buy. :rotfl:

I went down to my local Sainsburys (Bridgend) and picked up a couple of boxes of After Eight straws which when they went through the till, went through at £1 instead of £1.99. Bargain!

I couldn't find them anywhere before Christmas, and the shelves were full of them, and there wasn't a special offer sign in front of them either.

So I stocked up and bought 5 boxes!

Got lots of nibbles and snacks reduced in local Sainsburys - got chilli pistachios reduced to 99p a tub (dh warns that these are very hot, but he may just be saying that to keep them all to himself!), Pizazz chocs for 99p (too grown up for my children, yes, more for me!) and Sainsburys own value snacks for 24p. Everything had expiry dates of June/July 2006.

sounds to me that they are having a clear out awaiting the new deliveries of the HD Tvs coming out this year, some sets on sale are already HD ready so I am opting for one by Sont as I think their products are ace.

At the moment Sainsburys have an offer on Allisons oatmeal bread. It is a new range at the moment it is 49p a loaf. But come the 22nd will jump up to 89p a loaf.

So if you have room in your freezer and you eat it fill your boots.
