Angel Yarns not refunding

I am amazed to see Angel Yarns is still going. Like so many others, I ordered wool from them a couple of years ago. They sent a small portion of the order and then nothing else, despite emails. I complained on their forum (where there were already other complaints) and then suddenly was unable to post any more and my posts were deleted. They are a company who really don't like criticism and seem to spend more time writing about their personal lives than actually servicing the orders they have.
