    6. Transfer balance from one CC to one with lower rate
    7. Spend lunch time sorting out by budget spreadsheet- something just looked weird on my online account last night and I can't get them to tally up!

Righty ho, did the big date last night, have agreed to try again as there is still something there. However, only after courting for the rest of this year and then we shall see....

    Plot History
    • girl meets boy at uni
    • parents don't approve - split
    • girl marries someone else - split
    • girl and boy get together a few years later - move in together - parents unhappy
    • live together 10 years - both get cancer - can't cope - split
    • boy marries someone else
    • boy and girl continue to meet up annually or so
    • boy and girl have affair - split
    • boy contacts girl to say he is now single....
Please tune in for further episodes. See I said it was like Eastenders! This has happened over 25 years - how sad it that???

Moving swiftly on.... getting free lunch at work today :j Did have to pay £2 for breakfast today, but it was for children in need, so don't feel too guilty

Other than that, apart for checking dots for orifices, not much doing. Will have to leave listing for andan and Fay, who I've noticed is doing a sneaky long list thingy...

    Got paid today, WOO HOO
So will be checking online banking and basking in the glory of being in credit for all of a day, before the mortgage comes out.
Meeting my friend at lunchtime who has just set up as an IFA - I'm going to be her first case, she's going to find me a remortgage
No packed lunch :( but will eat cheap in the canteen
  • Piq- well - goodluck with it all and sorry to hear all the glum bits happy that you think you have got something good there.... Had an on/off thing with a guy for 11 years (currently its off - but it does hurt like crazy) its a roller coaster - x - it just doesnt feel like it will ever be concluded somehow - he's away now working and I am with such a lovely sweet guy - but I still ponder life sometimes and secretly hope it all works out. And my list isnt so much a list as a monologue - you guys are about the only folks I talk to most days (sad huh)

    Add to list (monologue):
Managed to get back into the free bags of wood offcuts at work (had to ask v nicely and have a long convo but hope am now back in the loop) helps with heating will give nice men my beer stash from laundry (left over from party) and that might keep them happy.
Lovely OH maybe coming up next weekend - dishwasher being paid next month (seems I run an interest free credit system - cant complain he will give me a contribution towards it)
Done first bill for lodger (woo hoo)
He is back on Sunday - so we can't be that bad?!
Pick up table from freecycle (dont let me forget)
Look for cheap dvd player for his room. (or persuade DS that ps2 can go into lodger room?!? and he can use it and it plays dvd's (Ldoger only 16/17 - goes home at weekend to parents)

I love this thread it makes me think - do I buy a cheap dvd player or can I get one somehow or other else? (reduce, reuse, recycle)

(Reduce DS ps2 playing by re-using his ps2 in lodgers room which is good recycling??)

Oh shut up Fay and get on with some work.........................

PS Wearing flowery boots that always makes me silly!
PPS Nice man just delivered bin bag full of offcuts of wood for my fire (dancing in seat)
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
    minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
    :money:Sleeves up folks.:money:
