Newbie who needs help please

Hi RAS

I sent the letters to most of the companies we owe.....only 3 are in my name the rest in hubbies.....the 3 I owe have only phoned the odd time if ever at all......until this Kensington thing....
Hubby has phoned National Debt Line who have given us the same advice as you and I shall be sorting out the relevant letters tommorow for posting out.
I have plenty of letters to sort out......1 to Sky Card and Power 2 contact as they have breached on many things.
I have to do a letter to one of the companies who have accepted offer of payment but wont take off the phone number and wont stop interest. So I shall be a busy bee but it makes me feel better that yes we can do this!!!!

if Sky card and Power t2 contact are in breach, then request their formal complaints procedure and contact the Information Commisioner. They are hotting up on DPA problems.
