This may not be hugely helpful to you, but my account looked exactly like that back in March and April 2008.
IceSave set my account up but they apparently didn't always connect your actual account with the log in. Not sure why, however I had to contact them to get them to link the account to the log in and it took 24 hours before my account was viewable.
Perhaps if you ring them back they may be able to help you contact the website operators to link your account, though it may not be possible now.
Otherwise, I am afraid it may be paper application for you.0 -

Thank you, this must be the same issue, but unfortunately the guy I spoke to said that they can't make any changes to accounts/web now, but i think i might email as well just to double check.
lol monkeydog... i know, sounds mad doesn't it, but hadn't long had the isa and had email confirmation that my funds had been transfered in from old providor and also from icesave, so knew balance was same .... did log on when martin advised to print statements and as i couldn't see account presumed, it was because of company collapsing and not because it was wrongly set up in the first place.0
