Vodafone has disappeared from Quidco

If I were you guys I would seriously consider threatening Quidco or any other cashback provider with court action if they failed to pay out after stated period for tracking and payment date.
Quote me if I'm wrong, when we use cashback sites for our purchase it is the cashback site's responsibility to payout to us after it tracked and given a payment date. What vodafone or other companies pays cashback sites is between them to sort out.
Quidco has certainly gone downhill big time after the big fiasco of the car/home insurance non payment earlier this year or last year. I'm not using them now, no doubt there has been a huge exodus of users, they need to buck their ideas.
Quidco are shocking these days. I have a small fortune outstanding with them now, some all validated barring Vodafone. Some date back to the beginning of this year.
I for one now refuse to use Quidco until these outstanding monies are honoured. My farts hospitalize small children

very good scam for voda if they arent paying out! just sign people up into 18 mnth contracts.... 14 day cancellation (no-one will cancel) then BAM declined cashback!!!!!
disgusting!0 -
Legal action against Quidco is a waste of time and money. You would have no case. I use them a lot and despite problems I usually get the money in the end. However, they are falling behind other sites which I have recently started using in preference. Pity really - was good just having the one main one to use with a minimum cashback target each month. More complicated now - but the rewards can be higher as a result.0

Please let me know what you say has any legal basis.0 -
I'm with the "legal action might work mob" on this.
Simply based on the advertising aspect, remember it it Quidco, or indeed whatever cashback site who is offering the "carrot" and NOT the merchant.
Someone nearly did go via MCOL earlier this year but was paid by Quidco at the "eleventh hour". As long as it has tracked and validated, there might be a case to answer, it would be nice if it was tested.

Vodafone is still on quidco.
For genuine tracked transactions completed wholly online, you can earn:
£90for mobile broadband
£1for sales of accessories
£7for PAYT handset sales (per phone)
£50for SIM only monthly
£10for TopUp and Go Mobile Broadband
£90for contract (pay monthly) phone sale- per phone
Having said that, I too have £90 outstanding with them that they keep delaying to pay out.0 -
Believe me, if they don't pay out my £90 soon, I will be testing it, for the cost of filing an online small claims case (£20?) it will be well worth it.0

Go for a LBA first, although the last person I know who tried the LBA route had it returned as Quidco wouldn't sign for it. They did eventually get paid though when Quidco got someone to persue the matter, albeit at the above stated eleventh hour.
Good luck whatever way you decide to go, you deserve your £90.

Hi, just a quick update on my status which has now changed to validated for the last week. Still not paid yet, but one step closer.0
