Vodafone has disappeared from Quidco

Vodafone is still showing on Quidco. My SIM only payment of £90 is still shown as tracking and I will be checking next week when I have had my SIM active for 4 months.

Just wanted to add my VERY ANNOYED two penneth worth to this....

Back on 2nd July I took out a Vodafone Sim Only £20 a month deal and should have got £90 Quidco from it too.

Well originally the payout date was "Sep 08" which at the end of September changed to "Oct 08" and then "Nov 08" and today has changed to "Dec 08"

This is a ******* JOKE and Quidco need to sort it out.

I would advise everyone not to buy Vodafone, especially not through Quidco if you expect the cashback to ever reach your bank account - I don't believe it will ever happen and there is no way I would ever have taken the contract out if I knew I wouldn't have got the cashback.

I have just contacted Quidco about this and expect to get the usual "its not our fault (and we can't be bothered to sort it out)" response, however if they do pull their finger out then I will apologies and remove this post.... here's hoping!

Could be any of them mate....

None of them will be in a rush to pay out money if they can get away with it, very dishonest of whoever it is though!

I bought a new phone for my dad from Vodafone and the money showed on Quidco as tracked almost immediately then the day after it tracked it was declined. Have sent a query but it is now showing as pending again. Guess I will just have to wait and see but I wouldn't recommend going via Quidco if you are relying on the cashback.

i was gonna use the voda offer to move from 02 as the offer was better with the cashback but cpw reduced my bill by £10 and all the voda stuff so it was a better 'cashback' than voda... now hearing they arent validating...makes me glad i stuck to what i knew!

:O im having the same problem with Quidco and Vodafone. Been on a sim only since July to be paid after 4 months. Still showing as tracked. I was just looking at opening an earnings enquiry but it doesn't appear on my list of transactions when trying to submit. Have I missed the window? I didn't think there would be any need to make a claim as the transaction has tracked but nothing seems to be happening with it! arghh!!

I again raised another earnings enquiry, and again got the same stock answer of we are working closely to resolve this, blah blah.
I'll probably post back here next december with the same stock cut and paste answer they send.

If I were you guys I would seriously consider threatening Quidco or any other cashback provider with court action if they failed to pay out after stated period for tracking and payment date.

Quote me if I'm wrong, when we use cashback sites for our purchase it is the cashback site's responsibility to payout to us after it tracked and given a payment date. What vodafone or other companies pays cashback sites is between them to sort out.

Quidco has certainly gone downhill big time after the big fiasco of the car/home insurance non payment earlier this year or last year. I'm not using them now, no doubt there has been a huge exodus of users, they need to buck their ideas.
