Its shocking really, i mean its not like they're some 2 bit store - yet their website is utter FAIL!
After umpteen attempts and putting my card details in 5 times (and confirming the order 5 times too, only for it to crash and be lost, !!!!!!?), my order is finally placed, its taken a bloody hour!

I've been trying to do an order since yesterday - finally just managed it after losing it several times last night (nearly putting foot through the computer screen ).

My tip is if you have an account with them already login BEFORE you start to shop as the problems I had seemed to be with trying to login with a full basket and then proceed through checkout. Worth a try anyway...good luck all!!

Just saw on the Debenhams website that they are extending the spectacular event till saturday now due to problems with the website!

I only want the half price Occitane Shea gift box for my mum for xmas - given up on line now and going down after work! :mad:

I emailed them last night to explain that I had not been able to place my order and was sent this reply today:

I was trying to order a party dress for my niece but it is out of stock now anyway.
