Just to warn everyone it is not only the website that is bad their stock system is rubbish too - even after you have managed to purchase you may get an email titled 'Order cancellation' saying that they have been unable to fulfill your order and you won't be charged it

Wee, after trying allday, i managed through quidco to get back on site, put my 2 items in the basket and got as far as entering my details,yep, u guessed it, crashed again! Got back on about an hour later to discover that the items have now obviously sold out. It sucks! I went on their 'contact us' and emailed them to tell them of my dissattisfaction with their site at 'every' sale they have. I will no longer be giving them ANY of my business. In the days of the credit crunch they should be bending over backwards to attract spending, buy hey, i along with thousands of others have been trying to all day!! Their loss and i will keep my money in my pocket.
Its really put my stress levels up...

This is actually illegal, I'm sure if you asked to speak to the manager or went to the citizens advice bureau you will be able to solve this problem. It does not matter if an item is on sale or not, it can by law still be refunded if its faulty or not the right size.
