The only Loretta I've ever met was a tart from Liverpool who used to do an act with a python.

1121.gif I'm envious. That sounds more fun than I've ever had and almost as exciting as waiting for the 2nd coming 2014.gif [keeping on the faith topic here].

• Hello,
have been lurking for some days and wanted to thank you lovely people for keeping up everyone's spirits, including mine...and they are increasingly flagging!

Still waiting for that 2nd email, and absolutely nothing. At all.
I have never checked that blessed account so often...

FWIW, my first mail came on 4 Nov @ 9.04 p.m., mine was an "Easy Access" ISA (oh the irony), surname begins with an "F", email address starts with a "J".

Ta!

The Mail today had an article "Icesavers are back in from the cold" by James Coney (j.coney@dailymail.co.uk) But all it does is trot out the FSCS propaganda - mailed him and said he should, instead of repeating their rubbish, be finding out some real information and how they can possibly pay 200,000+ by Dec 4th at 10,000 a week and why haven't they come clean - I said they will have to come clean at some stage and he will look as silly as them - no answer yet and no second email - needless to say.
• Nowt here either.

None of the following strategies for willing along that elusive second email seem to be working:

- whistling nonchalantly
- visualizing
- distractions from 'clicking' - reading novels, visiting mothers, working, doing whatever nilrem is doing with that wood :rotfl:
- having a surname at the beginning or the end of the alphabet, or anywhere in the middle
- consuming vast quantities of chocolate or red wine (though this may yet need further testing...)

I think that we are all trying toooooo hard! Perhaps the best way to success is to just lie back and think of....
Every rule has an exception.......:rolleyes2

Great idea. That would be quite some Magical Mystery Tour. Should we dig trenches when we get there?

Nowt here either.

None of the following strategies for willing along that elusive second email seem to be working very well:

Agreed. Drastic times, drastic measures. Dust off the puffin costume, train to the FSCS offices and clean their windows with bricks!

• If you would like all the drivel supplied in braille, press 4.

For large print drivel, press 5.

If you would like the drivel translated in to another language, press 6.

Alternatively, if you would prefer an agent to recite meaningless platitudes from a script in person, please hold.

Did you remember to put your clock back. About 3 months seems most appropriate;) .
