I shouldn't bother going, I just got the last one, and they've only got a handful of prozac pies left!In memory of Chris Hyde #8670 -
Nice one, goodethernet! I am actually really pleased for you. I know you were caught up in the KE/ING fiasco too. At least I got my funds in the first week, so swings and roundabouts.
Thanks for your good wishes.
Thanks. I think being caught in the KE/ING thing does give you a different perspective on it. Thinking about both processes, I would say the following:
KE/ING: Stressful, repeatedly disappointing, poorly communicated, infuriating shambles.
Icesave/FSCS: Hassle free (didn't need to call anyone even once), well communicated and pretty sure throughout that the money would come back. Also sure that it will come thorugh for everybody else. Never had that feeling wiht KE/ING. The whole Icesave process has been far cleaner
YMMV but I'm sure having been through one changes your perspective of the other!0 -
well done good ether.
I was 2nd week in ke. am pleased things appear to be moving for icesave. will let y'all know when i get 2nd email0 -

No I keep getting offers from Screwfix, this mornings were 10% off everything but nowt from Toolstation, I rarely get an email from them although I do spend quite a lot with them! Perhaps they know I have nowt due to the ICE.
If you have any Toolstation offer codes I could try them?0 -

Hello All, haven't deserted but thought I would have a different tactic today, as I had to go our early. Didn't have time to both log-on and make my sarnies (cold chicken and cucumber on brown, since you ask), so figured I wouldn't take a peek until I got home - about half an hour ago. Thought it would be healthier than wearing out my keyboard, like I did over the weekend. So logged on when I got in and ............

Are you sure Tools Station isn't code for the FSCS Head Office. In memory of Chris Hyde #8670
