I don't think I can stand much more of this.

I had been catching up on some of the other threads first and was aware that there had been a flurry (relatively speaking) of emails today but also a number of people receiving paper applications for no good reason without having had 2nd emails. And people being able to initiate claims without the dratted 2nd email .

Then I read about server problems and FSCS people saying today was last email day and my heart was in my mouth. Thank goodness several people were on hand to phone the FSCS straight away.

Why are the FSCS employing people who make it up as they go along?
Incorrect information leading to panic and stress. A formal complaint should be made imo.

Logged in around 5pm today and was able to claim.
My second email turned up whilst I was doing it.

Well I treid to send a very strongly worded email to Loretta the Minger and it bounced back. I think we should get together and make a jpint formal complaint, teh stress is killing.................:eek:

a cup of tea please is all I would like suesie tears for my mum--but really this thread has being great and like you say it get su through. lets orgnaise a get together when we have all received our money would be good
