Someone on Moneysupermarket has just posted to say that even though he received the 1st email and was waiting for the 2nd, he has received THROUGH THE POST a letter from the FSCS with forms advising him that he has not elected to receive compensation through the electronic payment process.

Anyone received similar here?

Could it be because he hasn't got a valid nominated account set up to do an electronic transfer?

I've just been checking my account and I'm fairly certain that I've recently seen somewhere on the site the details for my nominated account, yet today I can't find it at all
