Btw I read on the "2nd email received thread" that you need to enter the current amount. It was posted earlier this week as answer to a very similar question, you could try running a search on the thread (e.g. with words "amount" or "enter").

Opened some sample cartons sent to me at work from ICELAND (frozen foods)
Not sure what to make of this - now just that email from ICESAVE need for the full set
