Sorry if this has come up recently but I haven't been able to see a relevant post. Ive made a pot of gold for a teetotaller and was wondering if theres a little rhyme already written that I could attach in the same vein as the one a few posts back for the normal pots of gold with a tipple.0

Finally finished my 37 (yes...i have a large family!) pots of gold for christmas eve/day/boxing day meals. I used the Wilko smartprice glasses (4 for 80p), the little tumblers which are perfect size for them, cello from ebay, and lametta from B&Ms (3 for a quid). I'll pop a picture on later, they have no tags as my printer has decided to misbehave so will spend most of this afternoon attempting to work miracles on it.0

It's worth checking off licences and corner shops too. Our Rhythm and Booze sells BIG bags of toffees, mostly in a gold wrapping paper for £1.Princess Sparklepants0

My Lidl still has 99p cello wrap for 10m which is a good deal. They also have packs of about 8 choc santas and 4 were gold... they others will go on the tree or be used in crafting
Also for anyone still wanting gold pots Poundl*and still had 2 really nice Cole and ? (I forgot) they are near the candles and are for tealights but a decent size.
For anyone near York the Lindt shop at the designer centre sells the teddies and reindeers and you can buy the no you need too.
For another idea to go into pots - I use gold nail varnish. I quite fancied the vaseline little gold pot for lips too but they are so much dearer than the normal one I would spend!0 -
