I was thinking of doing table favors for my hubby's 50th birthday any ideas what to pop in them as we will be staying with friends who are celebrating with us.

    Thanks
You could do pretty much the same as- chocolate coins, whethers original, scratchcard etc but find some gold coloured '50' confetti to sprinkle in it.. I'm sure such a thing does exist :)

It convinces me not to give them to the teachers etc because if they won I would be gutted:rotfl::rotfl:only giving the cards to us the family:D

I thought you meant a scratchcard for a pot of gold, was wondering why you were checking if it was a winner before putting it in a pot :rotfl:

    Hi all!
But for my mum i'm doing a pot of silver (hope she's not reading this!). Now I originally got Cadburys coins which are a mix of silver and gold, but they were quite expensive. They were all milk chocolate. Have only seen silver coins that are white chocolate - which she doesn't like. Has anyone seen any silver sweets about?

I thought if not maybe mint imperials, as she gets through a few mints. Or the Cadburys Snowballs. Her pot has snowmen painted on with snowballs on. I thought Foxes glacier mints but I forgot they're individually wrapped, thought that would be good for an ice effect. Can't imagine if I sat and unwrapped them all lol.

Blimey! That's a long message to ask for silver sweets really, thanks guys.

Just double checked and the silver coins in Tesco are white chocolate... but just managed to grt the on BOGOF as well as some gold coins even though shelf edge ticket says offer has finished....
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.
