I loved the idea of pots of gold!
I made mine with small gold bags instead though, they were 40p each from Wilkinsons and they were also on a 'buy 3 for 3' offer :money:0 -

Hi all!
Have got my pots all ready, small candle holders I got at a candle factory for 50p each (knew they'd come in handy one day!!). I've painted them with glass paint and put sparkly gold candles in them then the choccy coins on top. Yet to wrap them up though.
But for my mum i'm doing a pot of silver (hope she's not reading this!). Now I originally got Cadburys coins which are a mix of silver and gold, but they were quite expensive. They were all milk chocolate. Have only seen silver coins that are white chocolate - which she doesn't like. Has anyone seen any silver sweets about?
I thought if not maybe mint imperials, as she gets through a few mints. Or the Cadburys Snowballs. Her pot has snowmen painted on with snowballs on. I thought Foxes glacier mints but I forgot they're individually wrapped, thought that would be good for an ice effect. Can't imagine if I sat and unwrapped them all lol.
Blimey! That's a long message to ask for silver sweets really, thanks guys.
