So i'm not paying any extra like you thought.
This is good - it's label on your bill is misleading though! He did have a look at my bills an stuff though, i'm going way over my text limit (500) every month, an after i use my 500 texts it costs me 12p a text, thats why my bills are so high!
So i got a text bolt on for unlimited texts for £7.50 a month - which starts on the 19th! - So will be saving about £30-£40 a month because of this!
If i increased my tariff to £35 (usually £30) a month + £10 internet i would still only be getting 500 texts!
Yes, but you've increased it to £37.50 to have unlimited SMS - perfect!I am also trying to figure out how to stop my emails being sent to my phone and i will cancel the internet on my phone - saving another £10 a month!
Easy - go to main menu>email settings>email accounts>delete account
Now go to options>advanced options>service book and delete any service books that mention your email address.
Job done! Also was told today that i get charged £3.50 a month for NOT having a direct debit set up - can they do this, legally?
Yes, a lot of companies do this!0 -

Yes, well it's better than paying £80+ a month0 -
So your bill is now £35 + £10 blackberry + £7.50 sms bolt-on? £52.50?
Are you direct with CPW or are you an o2 customer and just got it through CPW? You can phone o2 up (if they can access your details) and go on the £35 a month tariff which gives you 600 mins, 500 sms and 1 free bolt-on, you can try and ask to be put on this which you can then have free blackberry and pay £7.50 for the sms bolt-on meaning you're then paying £10 a month less.
That will only work if you're with o2 though rather than fully with CPW.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

Ahhh sorry I misunderstood about you going to the £35 tariff. It works out the same price anway. Well done on getting it sorted, hopefully you'll have a few extra ££ in your back pocket instead of theirs now.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0
