Remember different directors may have had different responsibilities. Some of them must have had the responsibility of approving loans.0 -

" The Loans Committee, which considers borrowers' applications, has been reconstituted, with new members bringing to it fresh skills and expertise. I want to thank those members of it in the past who spent many long hours making sure that the money of the Society was safely and carefully used and thank our new members for their willingness to act.
PMS Annual report 2008: Chairman's Report (page 5) fourth paragraph.
" He took charge of internal auditing and was also an indispensable member of our Loans Committee"
We learn therefore there was a Loans Committee, and an internal audit committee.

Anyone know when the case against the PMS Mutual directors comes up.
Can't imagine DETI NI can drop those charges when one can see how our members were being deceived and the general public now see what was going on.0
