I dont see anything particularly interesting in the report. My professional adviser in London says that all it shows is some slow progress.0

I would extend my sincere sympathy to the family of Sir George Quigley. He was a great friend to all the savers in PMS. When approached he gave himself unselfishly on behalf of our society.0

Does anyone know if this KPMG company is the same company that our
Scheme of Arrangement's joint supervisor, John Hansen FCA, works for?
I see also in Daily Mail April 13 2013 that the same company faces an investigation from the accounting watchdog, the Financial Reporting Council, for giving HBOS a clean bill of health shortly before its collapse.
More importantly...... Arthur Boyd has continued as Administrator of PMS (In Administration), as he was entitled to do under The Scheme of Arrangement and approval of the Court.
His hourly rate increased from an abated £185 per hour to £250 per hour from
1st.April 2012. (Approved by Creditors' Committee).
Whilst there has to be at least annual reports provided to creditors of PMS (In administration) no such provision exists for Scheme of Arrangement.
Does anyone know if any info can be obtained under Freedom of Information legislation?0 -

Chris Moore investigates the collapse of the Presbyterian Mutual Society and asks who was to blame. Nearly 10,000 people were denied access to their savings when the organisation went into administration in November 2008. A rescue package underwritten by the Government and the Northern Ireland Executive was then agreed in 20110
