Erm let me think maybe because the moderators of this website have approved her. If you don't like it stop posting here.

    IMPORTANT! This forum isn't moderated

  • Hi Tru

You should receive a bill every three months, unless you have been changed on to the monthly billing trial.

If this is the case you should have been notified about this change.

I'd speak to E.ON and just check, as it sounds like you manage your account online you can adjust your own Direct Debit to ensure this is covering your usage.

I'd also check out the online tariffs as well, you can look at alternatives on the quote and switch link.

I think Tru was responding to my post (see post above) but maybe if you work for Eon you could tell me why I am now being billed for a six month period (next bill estimated to be May) and not three months as it should be - bill now due!!

I know the forum isn't moderated as such however I believe E.ON have a formal agreement in place meaning that official company representatives have a special status under there username (and there username is also purple). Surely the only way that can happen if it is agreed by a website admin.

As soon as your bill starts to be produced the bill date changes to the next quarter. If your bill isn't online tomorrow then it's probably been held for some reason (readings higher or lower than expected) so I would get in contact with them to check.
