Does anybody know how long it takes from order to dispatch? I ordered on Wednesday but haven't heard anything since my money was taken. Not scaremongering, just interested. Unfortunetly the search on this thread didn't return anything.

If no reply by Monday-email them in case like me there were errors on your order. Re DHL-you would need to contact them I would think as soon as you have the tracking no when its despached. Check the DHL webite then-and there is a phone no.

Nice of Mutter to point out my spelling mistake, nice to know he/she picks on people that have trouble with spelling.

Right for those that are now concerned cause of all this playgroud arguing. Approved Foods is excellent, Dan's customer numbers has shot up due to more people becoming aware of it. Yeah due to the FT article there might be people with more money than sense spoiling it for the rest of us but this is life.

Mutter maks a claim that your order wnt arrive, well I have had 4 orders and all arrived in good condition. I have eaten loads of foods from this site and at my last doctors appointment I am fit and healthy.

Dan I think what you are doing is fantastic and I hope that your company continues to do well. I am extremely happy with all the offers that you do as it has meant my daughter has been able to have treats that I other wise would not have been able to afford.

i have had quite a few orders from dan and his team ,if there ever has been any problems they have been dealt with the most amazing customer service i have come across in a long time fast polite and with efficiency .
i have recommended this site to family and friends all over the country and now they are all using it even my fussy snobby mil lol

re the postage issues for some people considering asda and tesco charge the same amount for delivery and they have a min spend and are closer to most peoples homes i think the postage is great value for money .

and to dan and his family if somebody is working hard and actually making money in this economy well done to you and may it long continue .

Dan has asked me to post this (he's just a little busy at the moment)

First: many thanks again for all your support and encouragement on the thread, which he really appreciates.

Second: yes, AP has hit the media; the FT article was reported on the BBC tv and radio, and three other national papers are going to follow up the story. They all seem to think he must have become very rich overnight, which is far from the truth as his profit margins are so low.

Third: the number of orders has rocketed again over the last few days and there is bound to be a delay in processing all of them. He wants to assure you that orders that have been placed will be dealt with first. He has taken on extra staff yet again and they are all working today and tomorrow.

Fourth: he is giving priority to clearing the current orders before he puts the new stock on the site. Sorry about this but circumstances have changed rapidly since he first mentioned the new stock. Please understand that he has had to prioritize in order to keep things running as smoothly as possible in these hectic times.

Again, a big thank you to you all.

Dan posted quite a few pages back as he could no longer afford to give us the discount as he was having to pay for stronger packaging materials due to DHL's heavy handed approach.
