Really cheap food...however

Mines not arrived yet and I am getting impatient now lol, I cnt wait to open the box I have forgot what I orderd so love opening them. I have tracked it and it says that it is at the Leeds depot so maybe it is on its way.
Might be best that it has not come yet as my dad is in 2moz and can lift the box, as I am still banned from lifting heavy things.

Dnt know how I will go on over Xmas with out an order think I might get withdrawl symptoms lol.

As I have said b4 MERRY XMAS DAN AND TEAM, looking forward to placing lots of orders in the new year.

My second order has just arrived and been unpacked. Much better packed this time, thanks guys! Several smaller boxes in one big box, with jumbo bubble wrap used for bottles. The only thing that was damaged was a tin of cashews which had been popped open (which ofcourse means they have to be eaten )
I think I will be planning my next months menu on whats available from Crags

eek I've just been on & am placing another £30+ order lol. Dan I have a feeling your site will be addictive. I just don't want you to run out of the fruit things b4 i can order again lol.

Just wanted to say thanks for the call from Dan about the new type of dog food and also swapping some bits that were out of stock and wouldnt let me pay the extra postage even though they would be heavier. Fantastic customer service couldnt ask for more 3 orders placed already cant waait for the new year.

Have been trying to put through an order but my basket keeps replicating itself - 7 or 8 times for some items - came to over £100 for a £15 order...

Have tried clearing my cookies but no no avail...

Any advice?

Wow - am really impressed with the customer service!!! Received my first order yesterday and am really pleased with it. One broken jar (which was individually wrapped so didn't cause a problem with the rest of the shopping) and five tins which had a similar label to what I'd ordered but weren't. I e-mailed and received a phone call the same day to check up, see what packaging was used and apologise - and a refund for those items.

The online tracking worked really well, shame about the moany delivery man (he didn't like carrying the box up the stairs to my front door.

The teas are lovely and the chocolate.

Steer clear of Lloyd Grossman tomato and chilli sauce guys - it's really vile!!! Nothing wrong with goods/packaging etc, we just didn't like the taste.

Dan - you are a star :T (and cute on the videos too )

Will definitely be ordering again (have started filling my basket already)and have now sent my brother to the website too :T
