Have you tried to see what it smelled of? it sounds like some sort of bubble bath- unless its a really thin liquid in which case it sounds like some gross type of kids drink with toy in bottom!

Am all curious now! did you find out what it could be?

I placed my 1st order the other day & am anxiously awaiting its arrival lol lots of hot choc coming for the snowman soup for the teachers lol. & the children love it.

You could get google to forward mail to another address

is anyone having problems with the basket? i've placed £30 worth of stuff in my basket, gone away come back and its gone up to £140 odd!! its duplicated my order quite a few times and i'm trying to 'remove' the said items but they arent disappearing and there is no button to empty basket

I think you're changing the quantities and clicking away rather than update cart at the bottom. I did and it kept replicating my order on top of each other - I had to go through and take out 8 duplicates of everything!

Yep has happened to me before, the only way round it was to clear everything out of the basket one by one and start again (or open a different browser window).

just had my dispatch email this evening.
I am on jury service for 2 weeks, DD should have been off work this week but they have called her in.
Anyone know if it will be left with neighbours, which would be great or if they take it back to depot I cant collect it 'till saturday

It's DHL so they will more than likely leave a card.
