Yes you would have to pay BT Line Rental on top: (the following is taken from the BT website)
Is the line rental cost included?
Line rental isn't included as part of your broadband package. If you have a BT landline, line rental costs £10.50 a month (with Direct Debit and paper-free billing) and includes free UK* Weekend calls as standard.
