Has anyone had a response from the administrators to their complaints about cancelling the FTD accounts?0

It does not matter what is written on a forum.0

Most of these posts appear to be missing the point. It matters not one iota whether the website was or was not allowed to accept money or whether they were allowed to offer fixed term bonds. The point is that the website was branded clearly as belonging to ING and that these products were being offered. They were in effect offering and appearing to accept contracts that it would appear they were not able to fulfil. Their actions have resulted in financial loss for a large number of people and it is for that financial loss that people should be seeking compensation since it occurred through no fault of their own.0

has anyone else heard back from Kaupthing regarding their complaint?
i've just received a letter basically saying the same as the email they sent and that there is nothing they can do. looks like it will have to go to the FOS!!0 -
I only realized when I logged in on the 28th of October that my FTD was closed . I never received an email.
I was thinking that maybe some of you would be interested to create a group like on yahoo or other site to bring all of us together. It is easier for ING to ignore one customer at a time than 2300. The more we are complaining with one voice the better chance we have to be heard.0 -

They are investigating my complaint and will reply within 8 weeks. This is exceedingly poor...0
