chezzer the online shop has been updated/changed in the last few days, use internet explorer - i had to try several times by going through quidco each time they added the " verified by Visa " & its caused problems
last few days they took off the option to give an a Orange a/c number on our order if you are a current customer aswell which assists internal credit scoring on your a/c record
previous to that there was an option to add the handset to your current a/c as a additional or a new a/c & - this has been removed since I last did that in Dec 07, for YOUR GROUP/current customers adding additional handsets this has been a right royal pain in the !!!! as by default NEW a/c are being set up - again sheer stupidity
Orange still seems to be going backwards !
nothing Orange is ever easy if Customer Services need to contact a non customer facing dept, customer services are alot better in the last year after a few years of going backwards
saying that the Exec Office ( saints ! ) @ Orange are not even listened to from George St in London.....ie, the TOP TABLE
anyway hope you got your order in and all tracks well.....SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

I ordered wednesday evening through Quidco, I have received the Orange email to say they confirm the order but have heard nothing since and no sign of anything in Quidco yet. How long do orange usually take for delivery? I ordered 12 month package that works out about £7.50 a month after the cashback from Quidco.0

One more update from me. Spoke to Orange CS minute ago and they said order was processed correctly and will be with me on Tuesday and that I should call up tomorrow so they give me tracking reference.
Fingers crossed!0 -

I placed my order yesterday morning and was given various delivery options so I knew when delivery would be made when I completed the transaction. My Quidco account verified within 4 hours and I have had another email today confirming delivery on Monday and giving me tracking details.

You will still get paid, if your order still doesn't track make sure you wait a week before submitting an enquiry. Once your enquiry is submitted the status will be changed to pending and you'll get your money within 60 days.
Quidco SureShop highlights:
- Guaranteed resolution time of 30 days from the time we contact SureShop merchants
- Increased confidence when shopping through Quidco that any problems will be sorted
- All missing enquiries on SureShop merchants resolved quickly and at 100% of the missing value
- Enquiries must be accurate and provide all information as requested by the merchant
- A successful resolution will result in the transaction added to your Quidco account - the payment period depends on the merchants invoice and payment cycle just as with a normal transaction.
Quidco members have told us over and over that the most frustrating part of their Quidco experience is when they run into a problem with a participating merchant; long delays and unknown waiting periods for missing enquiries or other merchant problems have created frustrating situations for many members. The SureShop agreement eliminates this uncertainty and frustration by ensuring that if you shop with a participating merchant any problems will be handled quickly and efficiently.
As with everything on Quidco the SureShop programme must be fair both ways and we will be reviewing any transaction enquiries very closely. If we find members submitting enquiries with incorrect or missing information (when it is requested explicitly on the enquiry form) we may suspend enquiry privileges.
The SureShop programme is something we have been working towards for a long time and we believe this is a massive step forward for the Quidco cooperative. All current SureShop merchants have the icon visible in the regular sort listings and in their merchant page. If you want to shop only with the security of SureShop merchants, we have added another sort tab so that you can sort the SureShop merchants to the top of any category or sub-category.
We are really excited about launching this with our initial participating SureShop merchants and welcome any feedback or thoughts! If you are a Quidco member you can post below in the comments and we’ll help out with any questions. You can also read the new help topic for SureShop here: About SureShop approved merchants.0 -

As long as you fill in the enquiry with all the correct details requested you will get paid within 60 days. Quidco have recently recruited more staff and they often respond to questions/enquiries within a few hours. I've got an ongoing enquiry with Churchills home insurance from January but I know Quidco are doing everything they can to get the £70. They are also based in Yorkshire's premier city, Sheffield!0 -
I placed my order on the 13th just before midnight (email came through at 00:06 on 14th) and the Quidco cashback originally validated at £150. However the £150 is now showing as declined and £50 has been validated instead. This problem has been noted on the Quidblog page...UPDATE *** Some members have noted that their transactions changed to £50, but validated transactions made through 23.59pm Thursday, 13th November, will be honoured at £150.00. ***
If your transaction was made prior to that time but the amount has changed from £150.00, you will see the correct amount reflected on Monday. We apologise for the confusion.
My amount is still showing as £50. Anyone else has this problem?0 -
I now have my phone but nothing has appeared on my quidco account as yet0
