Called Orange and they said that my order was stuck and the guy INSISTED on me canceling the current order and placing a new one on the phone. I refused and he kept me on hold for ages and kept saying that it'll speed up the process. I didn't cancel at the end, will see what happens.

Very disappointed.

Not good is it? Vodafone have now disappeared from Quidco making the offer of £150 cash back very tempting. My current contract with O2 ends on the 20th..

I think you've the done the right thing, why should you have to place a 2nd order. I'm confident any tracking issues will be resolved with an enquiry through Quidco. I've never had a SureShop enquiry declined.

I've just ordered a new LG for my daughter - it had better track and validate!
I lost £120 with 3 mobile as they emailed me about a payment "problem" so I paid the again over the phone - not realising that it totally invalidated my quidco cash back:mad: .

Can you give more details about the deal you have signed up for please? I am also looking for a low usage tariff but find it hard to search Orange's website.

Well, methins I'd rather go for guaranteed £50 offer instead of getting myself angry (and very hopeful for £150 after christmas boost ) again :mad:

My was validated hours after transaction but now I just wait and see whether my order was processed correclty or not. Nothing to loose

Thor sorry I didn't reply yesterday. I went for the offer with 100 minutes and unlimited texts, first from the top. Phones selection was quite good, I may be tempted to take it again if £150 doesn't work out. Hope it helps and sorry once again.
