    Hey

MopsyMuffin is right, I should have come back to report what happened - unfortunately life gets in the way sometimes. free-sad-smileys-334.gif

Anyway... after reading all the advice I decided to set a night the following week where I would sort it all out. I monitored my bank statements online every day and noticed they had actually refunded me the money of their own accord - I didn't even need to ring them.

I can't remember exactly how long it took but it was about a week or so.

Thanks for all your help on this.

I guess if anyone has similar problems, I'd advise them to write down all the details [time / date / cash point etc] then either contact your bank straight away, or wait a little while to see if it rectifies itself.
