No I have some debts from my previous supplier as well, not sure how on earth I am going to pay all this off. Think my best option is go seek some advice from citizens advice and see where I go from there.

Phew I thought for a second you was calling me an old person lol.

Phoned SE up today turns out that the bill is for 2 months and not a month, gawd what a twit I am. It is for the electric coming out as roughly £90 a month. Which is still high, the lady on the phone advised me to phone their energy department to see if there is any where I can save.

Also cause of what the rep has said to me, they are willing to give me 10% which is £12 knocked off the bill. I am not sure but I think that may be for both gas and electric. She has set the repayment for elecky at £4 a week to come off my token meter which is not too bad better than the £10 they first said.

With the gas she has said that it seems way too high so she has put it in dispute. When the meter gets changed over I have to phone back and give them the meter reading and they will sort it out for me.

I must have had a rigth grumpy moo last time I spoke to them cause she was very unhelpfull. This lady though was lovely and explained things better.

I did hear another operator in the background say on the phone to another customer that they too was getting this 10% taken off, so think the watchdog show has got them pulling their finger out for once.
