Rose_tinted - Welcome :hello:, enjoy and don't over do it! As others have said, your home didn't get in a mess in one day, so it won't be cured that quickly. Little steps. My few jobs didn't take very long and I have to keep resting as I'm on sick leave (pleurisy), so it's do a job, rest for 10 minutes, do another etc.....

Oh and don't you dare try and do it all at once! Pick Level 1 for today (or your own list) and do that. If you have time or energy, you can go on to Level 2 etc. You will have your own list of dailies. Normally one of mine is to walk the dogs, but can't do that just now, but other things like loading washing machine, tumble dryer etc, swish and swipe bathroom, kitchen, would be dailies, but these are just quick tidy round jobs, with the deeper clean on different days IYSWIM. Anyhow, you'll love it on here and get loads of encouragement and support - not just with flying!

Sweep and mop floors
Clean the oven

Level three
Clean out your grottiest cupboard!! It doedn't need to be like that
Empty and clean out your bins!

1. HHI
2. empty out the cutlery drawer and make it clean and twinkly
3. S&S the fridge

Tuesday Twinkles - Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Level 1
Vacuum through the living room, hall and stairs
Level 2
Dusting, even if around everything
[STRIKE]Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe [/STRIKE] No stairs, so cheating really
Clean windows and all glass.. including the tv screen
Clear the mantel and only put back the items which are supposed to be there.. and that doesn't include letters, keys or other treasure!
Level 3
Wipe and water plants
Put all your hotspots in one pile and work your way through it..
Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself
Extra Mission: Pick one or more of the following tasks –

1. Open the drawer where you stuff all your junk.. especially the stuff from the pc desk.. sort it and shred it!! .. you know who you are!!!
2. Wipe down any paintwork that needs it.
3. Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!!
4. Wash any cushions, throws or curtains that need it

Wipe inside of oven.
S&S downstairs toilet.
Do X loads of washing
Tidy & S&S bathroom.

Just popped back to check my list. I'm extending my hhc to 230 to get everything finished.

Dusty - the nunchuck was reduced to £7 because I pointed out the box was ripped. I think it should have been £9 something.

Zaza - we've got a tesco express five minutes walk away though I try to avoid it because it's so expensive.

Pink fairy - ummmmm, i've forgotton what you said!!! Just kidding - I'm getting way to many senior moments at the moment...it's scary. Right, back to flying xx

Good afternoon everyone xx :hello:

Well so much for my daily visitors they have fixed the gas leak :T so no more visitors:o . Right i am all done apart from a little ironing. Very pleased with myself this week so far and hoping not to jinx myself so have banged my head against the wooden table on accident of course and have a lovely little bump:rolleyes: .

I have had a heads up as i had a new stair rail fitted so had to do the stairs and living room lots done yesterday so only had a little to do to from the list to do today. So instea dof strikling it through i have made it green and small cos i am idle.:p

I have a little ironing to do now so will catch up later xx

No delivery - no surprise. Sharp email about to be sent. I hate companies that promise a set time delivery and then just don't turn up.

I'm off downtown soon to take out large amounts of cash and then go and pick up the PS3.

Still lovely sunshine here, and I rather wish I could just go and potter in the greenhouse for the afternoon. I still have plants and a few crops in there that need sorting ready for the winter.
