Morning everyone, not managed much here today. Need to find all the uniforms for later on as well as keep the washing going. Need to get the kitchen sorted again (never seen a room that gets into a state so quickly).

    Right better make a start.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

  • Morning everyone!

I've been terrible at keeping up to date this week, I can't believe how swamped I'm feeling. I started a new job on Monday working 5-10pm, but that means hubby has to start work at 7.30 so that he's home in time for me to leave and that's meant being up at 6.30am every morning this week. I'm really struggling to keep on top of everything :(

That said, I'm sitting in bed with the laptop and six boxes of clothes that I suspect are too small for the kids, so I'm sorting it into three piles - will do one of the younger ones, will do my niece and need binned. So far I have got through two boxes so wish me luck for the rest!

Good morning all, went in a rush last night as DD was sick, all over the bedroom carpet, which was replaced omly last year cause she had been sick on it in 4 places and 2 rugs and moving the bed would not cover them all, and the carpet washer would not get them out, knew a cream carpet wasn't the best idea!! anyhoo, i got it clean, will hoover it later when its dry and hopefully it's not stained!! Bedding in WM duvet in TD, must sort out uniforms, that should shrink the ironing pile. DD is going to DSD's place later on for dinner so will put something on the telly and crack on with it!!!
could do the christmas list then too........hhmmmm sound like i have a plan!!
  • Slow going here today

    Beds made
    Dishes done
    WM on
Helped dd with her homework, who then retyped over her word doc and saved it instead of making a new one and THEN blamed me - ha well she won't do that again

DH has just walked in with his new business cards - very swish

    Hope everyone's well

Go for it Triker, walking's good for the soul ;)

I've just got up - very unlike me, wondering if i'm sickening for something as i've got a really thick head and feel soooo tired! We can't get ill here with DH's exams so close! Hopefully it's just exhaustion from a long week.

Was gonna fly today but think I'll do the minimum as I'm working from home tomorrow so can do some then (3 hours more in my day thanks to no commute ;))

    So, I'd like today to:
    wash up
    S&s bathroom
    S&S kitchen
    Make DH lunch for tomorrow

and anything else that takes my fancy.
