Bt Broadband Change Terms Can I Get Out?

I rang up on the 17th of November for a Mac code as have been with them for 2 years and to be honest my BB has been terrible also my phone goes off every 15 mins when I am on the phone to anyone, very annoying if they put you on hold, this is there doing, as I have had about 4 new phones this year then given them away to friends and they have no problems with them but Bt can't find anything wrong with my line,
 anyway back to monday I rang them asked for a mac code they said it would take 5 days, anyway they offered me a deal I said, no thanks, anyway didn't here back from them, so on Wednesday 19th November I rang them back, they offered me another deal, I said no, anyway by Friday I still had not had a text or email with a mac code in, so, I rang them, well I wish I hadn't, this guy says, which provider are off with, I said Tiscali, so he starts saying no no no you don't want to go to Talktalk,...
, alway he then went on to call them all the names under the sun.
so anyways, he then asks which deal I am after, I said the option 2 broadband + talk package £14.99 for 3 months then £19.99 after that, he then says, what do you get for that, so I then say, upto 8mb BB, all inclusive calls, + 20 international numbers, + free line rental.
He then says, just let me have a word with my supervisor and see if we can match that, so I said no, he said let me just try, so I said well your gonna anyway so whatever, anyway he puts me on hold, then he comes back and says he can offer me the same deal but I have to pay for the line rental as well, so I said well then its not the same deal is it, he said How are you getting free line rental on a line that isn't on an LLU exchange, I said because as I gesture of goodwill they will give me that package, £14.99 for 3 months then £19.99 for 3 months then £28. for the remaining 6 months of a 12 month contract.
so he goes off to "speak" to his probably non existent supervisor, comes back and says we can do you that deal for £22.99 a month, so I said (and I asked him twice) thats unlimited BB 8mb speeds all calls and line rental...yes yes yes he says so I said yes, then today or rather yesterday I got an email off them saying that I had already used 7gbs of my 10gb monthly allowance on my BB,...well my blood was boiling, this git has only put me on option 1 for my BB,...so I have since on monday the 24th got my mac code and I have used it... ...to go with tiscali,...do you think if I ring up on monday and ask to speak to the complaints department and say I was mis-sold this product as they wanted to up-grade me to option 3 at £23.99 and I just said are you taking the pi-ss!...I have email the CEO Ian Livingstone and told him of the deception of his staff, and said that I have used the Mac code I was given, but I have a feeling its gonna be an expensive christmas, I have also cancelled my direct debit with them so they cannot take anymore money off at the moment so no surprises going out the bank, what do you think, anyone got any answers out there.

They dont have a complaints department you have to write to it. They dont have a customer services department, they have options teams for each service ie broadband, vision and phone.
I have spent that long on the phone, almost 22 hours trying to get this sorted and have wrote down everyone I have spoken to and when and what was said.
Finally yesterday they gave in and stopped my vision service also, still no one has admitted listening to my original sales call where I was mis-sold but in my notes on the sytem, which I have rfequested a copy of, it says mis sold product-cancel with nil charges and a full refund. I am so relieved but will wait til friday to see if this is definately in place and the broadband gets cancelled that day as promised!0
