  • I am making packs up with all different items for my friends, so I am helping boots by getting more people to try their products.

The SA who moan are only jealous because there are no leaflets left for them by the time they have finished their shift.
  • Hey guys

The Dundee store has another batch of look great leaflets. Get them while you can as they go quickly. Got the lip plumper and a couple of eye brightners today, fab!

My boots had nice No 7 gift bags on the stand for free today with 2 samples inside it (face cream and foundation)- Ideal for your gift packs for pals. I managed to get three, but will try and get a couple more.
No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:

Big Brother Boots is probably keeping an eye on all you people who use your Boots loyalty cards when making these multiple (ahem) purchases. So if you have a knock at the door really early one morning, be afraid, be very afraid. :rotfl:

Plenty of leaflets in the small Radcliffe branch but no products.. Also loads in the small Bury branch, none in the large store..

At the large branch I bought some TD products at one till (4 seperate transactions) went back to pick up a couple of more things and was virtually knocked over by 2 SA's running down the aisle stating loudly "these are only one per customer you know".. I must have looked baffled (or shocked) they demanded to know if I had a voucher.. I said no and they rushed off searching for the person who did ;)

I didn't push my luck any further there so went over to the small Bury branch and bought a couple of more things.. lip plumper and eye cream, had quite a bit in stock!

recent sale purchases have totalled £173, I actually spent £34.. will be back tomorrow as they charged me for something I got a price check on and didn't buy :)

am not using my card when getting free stuff so they won't know is me! conscience is clear anyway as most of free stuff going in the gift bags they paid us to take ages ago for our local Church's coffee morning to sell so all in a good cause!
SA told me they have been told to only do 1 voucher per day - as she was putting through 3 transactions for me bless her! surely there would have to be a sign stating this for it to be a legally binding policy though?
found a 300 points with DR in a recent mailing - anyone know if i will get points on free item? will have to use card next time - LOL. bet there's no reduced ones left now! will try when ds1 at playgroup.

  • both bury boots have a goos stock and if you go to the one on the retail park go to the blonde girl on the no7 counter she encouraged me to get as much free stuff as i could carry! no leaflets in other one but handfuls in retail park one.

the blonde sa said a man came in on wednesday and had 10 td products in 10 transactions- so who off this forum was it?!
