Hi, My husband went ahead and purchased the software download from the above site and we cant get it to work. If I was you I would take it to my local shop as suggested in abve mails. We have tried several times with the usb cable but unsucessfull. debra

It was cell-unlock.com. Have been at this for hours now, but it just won't work, keeps coming up error. On looking at their site, this seems to be something to be expected! They suggest trying other ports and another computer! What a nightmare.

have you treid turning off ALL anti-virus/firewall/spyware software etc and then running it ??

also try disconnecting everything from the usb ports apart from the lead to the phone

does the PC detect the phone being plugged in ?? you using XP ?? have you used the cable before with the phone ok ??

Have just tried this, however no luck. I emailed Cell-unlock, they just say that some phones wont interface with their software. Thanks for the help.
